Company Formation in Bulgaria

Not only is this type of company the most suitable one given the Bulgarian legislation, but it also allows you to start your own business and, if you are a foreign citizen, enables you to buy land in Bulgaria. In case you decide to work with us, we will send all required registration documents to your email account and you will post them back to us. The reason why you cannot email the filled-in documents back is that two of them need to be certified by the Bulgarian Consulate in your country. Thus, we can register your firm without your presence in Bulgaria being necessary. Your company can be set-up at our office address. We will take care of all subsequent statistical, tax and other registrations.

BULGARIA'S NEW REGISTRY AGENCY STARTED ON JANUARY 2
On January 2 2008, Bulgaria's new unified Registry Agency (RA) started its work. The STR have offices in 27 building in the country. Addresses of the offices could be found on the website of the agency http://www.registryagency.bg. The new agency had several advantages. Applications for registrations would be processed faster and more efficiently and so-called ghost-registrations would become impossible. The electronic registration of a company in the trade register could be done online at http://www.brra.bg. At the website, detailed information was available about the process of registration, initial registration, making changes in the registration of a company or re-registration. On the site of the RA, a list of registered companies was available, where the availability of a certain name could be checked. Until January 20 only new companies would be allowed to register, because of the annual stock-taking at the courts, where company files are kept. By law, all Bulgarian companies would have to re-register before the end of 2010. Those who do not re-register, would be liquidated.

This price covers Internet-based accounting services. We prepare and file all documents and forms necessary for your legal activity, including preparing your revenue and expense statements in Bulgarian language and sending them to your business partners.

Monthly accounting services for Bulgarian citizens with a not-VAT registered firm - 100 Leva monthly fee
This price includes Internet-based accounting services. We prepare and file all documents, declarations and forms necessary for your legal activity.

Preparation and Submission of an Annual Financial Statement for foreign citizens - 100 Euro
This price is only valid for people who have bought property in Bulgaria but have not conducted any commercial activity in the respective calendar year.

Monthly accounting services for VAT-registered firms in Bulgaria
The price of this service depends on the scale of your business and will be individually determined upon your request. In general, the prices start from 150 Leva for Bulgarian companies.
